SUP Yoga on the Cowichan River
Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is a fun and challenging twist on traditional on Yoga. This kind of classes focuses on improving your core, balance, and centre of gravity. What better way to spend a summer afternoon then enjoying yoga on the beautiful Cowichan River.
If you are SUP paddler already and want to try a class then your in luck! We have the Bring Your Own Board ~ “BOYB” ~ option for a reduced rate!
Please note that you may be asked by the instructor to help carry equipment!
Where do we meet for class?
You should meet the instructor 15 minutes before class. For the 5:00pm class you can meet at our store. For 6:00pm class please meet at the River Side Dock.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing a towel, swim wear, water bottle, river safe sunscreen, and can-do additude!
Where do I park my car?
You can park your car on the gravel at ORKA during the class. Please do not park in the Riverside parking.
Will I get wet?
It is possible that you won’t get wet, but that is entirly up to how good your balance is!
